Ways To Serve

In our Children’s Ministry, there are many opportunities to serve:

MomCo, Upwards Sports, Vacation Bible School, Kidz 456 (4th, 5th, and 6th graders), Worship Kid Style, RAs (Royal Ambassadors), and GAs (Girls In Action).

Children’s Committees:

Nursery Committee – The Nursery Committee provides child care for infants, toddlers and preschoolers during the regular worship services of the church.

Kid’s Council – The Kid’s Council coordinates the Children’s Ministries of the church, including Sunday School, VBS, Kids456, Worship Kidstyle, and all other ministries affecting children.

Vacation Bible School Committee – The VBS Committee plans for, staffs and administers the Vacation Bible School program for the church.

In our Youth Ministry, there are many opportunities to serve:

Bible Studies (Sundays and Wednesdays), Camp and Mission Trip chaperones.

Youth Committees:

Youth Council – The Youth Council under the leadership of the Associate Pastor guides the various ministries involving the youth (7th through 12th grades) of the church.

Our Music Ministry has many opportunities to serve:

Sunday morning choir, multimedia team, musicals and cantatas.

Missions Committee – The Missions Committee leads the church in sharing Christ with our community, our state, our nation and our world.  

Silver Blessings Committee – The Silver Blessings Committee coordinates events and trips for senior adults throughout the year. 

Recreation Committee – The Recreation Director has responsibility for coordination of the recreational activities and ministries of the church as the need arises.

Hospitality Committee – The Hospitality Committee ministers to the church by providing churchwide socials and dinners/meals when needed.

Flower Committee – The Flower Committee provides flowers for the church, particularly in the Sanctuary.

Building & Grounds Committee – The Building & Grounds Committee provides for the maintenance and repair of the facilities of the church.

Usher Committee – The ushers minister to the church during services and larger meetings as needed.
